Nikki has always been a busy girl but now that she is on-the-move she is REALLY busy! The newest thing Nikki has learned to do is pull herself up to stand. This is quite a challenge when it's bedtime. After going in 3 times or so and laying her down, you stop and figure she's gotta figure it out sometime. Nikki has also learned to walk behind a push toy, she looks like an old lady but it is really cute. Another new and interesting challenge is changing Nikki's diaper, she twists and turns, turns off the light, grabs everything- again I say she is BUSY. Nikki has 4 molars that are coming out of her gums- yep, all at once. She has more teeth than any baby I know!
Things that keep Nikki busy: unfolding laundry, emptying her toy box, playing in the tub, watching the dogs play, enjoying what the family eats at dinner, and playing with any random thing such as hangers, a wire whisk, tupperware, recyclables that are left next to the trash can, and the most un-favorite one, finding the dogs toys and putting them in her mouth (yuck!).
Nikki is all fun and we love playing with her, hearing her giggles and watching her imitate the things we do- I just absolutely love being her Mom.
