Braxton went to YMCA Camp Roger for a week in June (21-28). There were many activities including: archery, boondoggle, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and more. But Braxton's favorite was horseback riding. He said his horse was the only one out of his group that would go through the stream- how cool! We received one letter from Brax and when I talked to my mom, her's said the same thing... I guess he was having too much fun to think about home. When we picked Brax up, he had different Japanese writings on him that his counselor had done. Most of the counselors are foreign, which I think adds a nice demension to the camp. Braxton had a wonderful time and next year he said he would like to be a "Wrangler"- a week camp devoted to horseback riding.
